By accessing or using CRES-CA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CRES-CA provides a CRM platform for service industry professionals, including appointment scheduling, client management, financial tracking, and marketing tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Registration requires a valid and verified email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, corporate email). The use of disposable, temporary, or anonymous mail services (temp-mail, mailinator, 10minutemail and similar) violates these Terms and is grounds for immediate account suspension without notice and without refund. One email — one account; creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or abuse a pricing plan is prohibited.
Service providers may subscribe to paid plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription fees are billed monthly.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
CRES-CA is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
